Important of Girls Education

The idea of the a day off from school probably sounds like a fun idea, but imagine all the things you would miss out on if you didnt get to go to school at all. School teachers us many of the skills we need to know to make sure we have a happy and successful life. If we miss out on going to school, we are much more likely live in poverty, get sick more easily and be unemployed or work in a dangerous job.

There are many reasons that children do not get an education. Poverty is one of the biggest reasons many parents cannot afford to send their children to school. Often, the nearest school is very far away and there is no transport. A lot of the time children need to work to all day to earn money for their family. Sometimes, they have to go to fight in a war.

married early or send off to work while their brothers go to school. Often a girls education is seen as less important if a family can only afford to send one of their children it will most likely be a boy.

And yet, for every year a girl spends at school, her future income (the amount of money shell earn when she graduates and gets a job) goes up by 10 to 20 percent. The longer she can stay in school to learn how to read and write and get better at maths, science and computers, the more opportunities she will have when she starts her working life. She is more likely to be healthy and own property, and when she decides she is ready to have a family, they are more likely to be healthy too.

Her children are likely to go to school and get all the benefits of education, and their children after them, and so on, and Its like a never ending circle, and it is the key to helping reduce world poverty.
